That One Cat

This dreamy red gelding is sure to pull on your heartstrings! He's got the look and the pedigree to back it up. Cheeto is a 2017 Gelding by Blue One Time (LTE: $255k+, & has been a Finalist, Champion or Reserve Champion in 18 major aged events) out of a daughter of A Hocus Pocus Cat (LTE: $164k, 1999 NCHA Furturity Reserve Champion). Meet my man, Cheeto! He is a do anything, go anywhere, rope whatever, ride out whenever, kind of guy! You can't beat the feeling of swinging a leg over a horse like this.

We've done it all on Cheeto - he's been to jackpots on the heel side, is started great on the head side, and is proficient at all ranch chores. Big gathers, dragging calves, sorting in the alley, pairing out, doctoring and has been hauled a lot. He's spent time in the panhandle at the feed lot and been used to doctor wheat pasture cattle. You'll find yourself going to catch this one on those early mornings when you need something you can depend on. He'll side pass up to any gate to open/close it and knows what a days work entails.

Cheeto has a lot of real world experience but he is delightfully refined in the arena as well. He is soft throughout his body, light in the face, fun departures, big stop, easy turn around. You'll have a blast on him! & He takes care of the kiddos, my nieces and nephews fight over riding him when they come to visit.

Day-to-day with Cheeto is fun and enjoyable. He is great with the other horses, easy to catch, truly enjoys a nice spa day(extra belly scrubbing preferred), stands for the farrier, loads & hauls like a pro, backs off the trailer. Cheeto stands 15.1 hands and weighs 1200 lbs. He is sound, sane, & healthy! There are endless avenues Cheeto could go down and excel in. You really get the best of everything with him - He's handy enough to work for a living, and fancy enough to turn heads in the arena. He'd be an exceptional candidate for the Versatility Ranch Horse classes!

I know this gelding like the back of my hand and have been around him since he was a colt. It has been such a cool experience getting to watch him grow and helping make him into the special individual he is today. He's provided us with tons of laughs, has been many miles and made memories with friends in beautiful places all over the country. Give me a call, I'll be happy to tell you anything you'd like to know about him. I could write a book!
