  • What care do your horses receive? What comes with them after purchase?
All of our sale horses come with an up-to-date vaccination record that follows the recommendations from the AAEP (American Association of Equine Practitioners) in order to ensure all precautions are taken so you have a happy, healthy horse for years to come. The primary company that manufactures most of the vaccines that we use is MERCK. Every Merck Animal Health vaccine is backed by their Equine Vaccine Performance Guarantee, which provides up to $5,500 in reasonable diagnostic & treatment costs for any horse properly vaccinated by a veterinarian that contracts EEE, WEE, VEE, EIV, WNV, rabies, tetanus or respiratory disease caused by EHV-1 or EHV-4 We also provide you with their deworming, dental and farrier information so you can continue to follow the same protocol once your horse arrives and is in your care. In addition to those thorough records, you will receive a copy of the feed regimen your horse is currently on while in our care. Forage + the CORRECT vitamin/mineral balance is the key in keeping your horse not only healthy, but happy and looking/feeling their best. BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE! Whether you wish to abide by it or not - we provide a list of the basics: what kind of bit they ride in what size cinch they need blanket/sheet size what size gullet they need +any other special information that will be pertinent to making the transition as easy as possible!
  • How are horses evaluated?
Starting in fall of 2022, we will be offering a select number of horses throughout the year. Some select horses belong to us personally. However, a lot of horses in our program are consigned by people that we know and trust, we are happy to give you the history on each and every horse. Though with that said, we still do our homework on them... This is vital in making sure you have a legitimate horse that suits your individual needs and be proud to own! Horses are usually evaluated over a several month period where we do absolutely anything and everything we can think of... To them, around them, on them, beside them, under them - you get the idea I'm sure. We will haul a horse to different places, both in a group and by themselves to see how they act in different situations as well. We subject the horse to an extreme variety of obstacles, most of which they will probably never see in their lifetime. HOWEVER, I personally believe that it is crucial to see how a horse reacts when they are stressed/introduced to something new and frightening. We will ride them through shallow water, deep water, over logs, next to barking dogs, cars, all terrain vehicles, four-wheelers and maybe even a sonic drive thru or two! (and anything else I can think of) We even go so far as to leave a horse off for a lengthy periods of time to see how they are when they are not ridden everyday. We do this because I feel that all of this information is key to know when purchasing a horse to fit you or your family. Everyone has different wants and needs so we work diligently to take as much of the guess work as possible out of owning and purchasing a horse. I want to match each horse and each rider to another that suits their needs and desires. I put a LOT of thought, time and effort into a each individual evaluation so that I can represent them to you for what they are. Horses are sold to the best of our knowledge; any defects, flaws, vices, etc. are disclosed prior to sale so that you know the ins and outs of the horse you are interested in before hand. Horses are sold as is unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by both parties.
  • How do I contact you? Where are you located? Can I come visit?

All contact information can be found under the "Contact Us" tab. *PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL Appointments MUST be scheduled AND approved! *
  • Do you offer any guarantees? Can I try the horse for 60 days & then buy it? Trials?
Let me put it straight - we do NOT offer any sort of guarantee or trial period. We encourage buyers to watch the video several times and ask a million + 1 questions (i really don't mind them at all) to accurately evaluate the horse. Lengthy videos are provided so that you can see the horse for exactly what they are - no tricks, gimmicks, or anything of the sort. We also spend an excessive amount of time getting to know a potential buyer so we can successfully match you to a horse to fit your needs, desires and future plans! Additionally, we do a soundness evaluation of each horse by performing basic flexion tests and trotting a horse each direction on hard ground/concrete surface and making sure each foot strikes the ground as it should in a horse that is sound. However, we are not vets, nor do we have X-ray vision. & with that said, pre-purchase Exams are completely welcomed! They are at buyers expense, and we can provide you with the numbers of Equine Veterinarians in the area. On some horses there have already been pre-vet checks done on them to help streamline the purchase process for a potential owner. Not to mention that it's always good to have a baseline for your horses health moving forward. If my words aren't quite enough, I also encourage you to read our testimonial/sold horses page or just come on out and check them out yourself!

“When I bestride him, I soar, I am a hawk: he trots the air; the earth sings when he touches it; the basest horn of his hoof is more musical than the pipe of Hermes.” –  William Shakespeare
